Service Description

This Therapeutic massage will have your body back into shape. Let our deep tissue massage save your day. This Massage includes hot oil and hot stones. Deep tissue massages are used to break up scar tissue and break down muscle adhesions (the “knots” that we feel in our muscles are muscle adhesions, which are bands of rigid and painful muscle tissue). These knots can inhibit our circulation and cause pain and inflammation.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of our plans from time to time. Please find our policy helpful when booking services. CANCELLED: When a customer cancels 48 hours PRIOR to their scheduled appointment. This is very important because it allows the potential to book a different client within the allotted time frame we had reserved for you. If a cancellation of services is due to a medical emergency, please provided us with that information and our system will allow a single rebooking provided an initial non-refundable deposit has been paid. NO SHOW: Is when a customer does not show up and has not cancelled their reservation 24 hours prior. At this point, the setup with equipment is available and ready waiting for us to service the client. There is absolutely no opportunity for us to re-book anyone within this short period of time. The deposit provided will be forfeited and our system will place said client on a “do not service” list that will no longer allow future bookings. Please note: deposits are required when booking. Deposits are NON refundable. Complimentary touch-up policy: a service provide and included in your paid initial session When a “complimentary touch up” booking is cancelled prior to 24 hours of service or client does not show up. They will be charged the full touch up rate. See rates for more details. Please provide proof of medical emergency in order to re-book with a $50 fee. Without Providing proof of medical emergency our system will not re-book said client.
