Studio Policy

Customer Care, Privacy & Safety

The studio is an adult only area. In consideration for other clients, children are not permitted in the treatment room area. the studio is a private area dedicated to the artist and the client, please refrain from bringing a companion to your appointment.

 

There is no smoking aloud in the building for health concerns to the artist and other guests.  

 

All appointments are required a booking confirmation deposit that will be honored on day of service, any cancelation 48 hours before service will forfeit deposit unless its a medical or family emergency (proof of emergency needed) We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.

Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of our plans from time to time. Please find our policy helpful when booking services.


NO SHOW: Is when a customer does not show up and has not cancelled their reservation 24 hours prior. At this point, the setup with equipment is available and ready waiting for us to service the client. There is absolutely no opportunity for us to re-book anyone within this short period of time. The deposit provided will be forfeited and our system will place said client on a “do not service” list that will no longer allow future bookings.

Please note: deposits are required when booking. Deposits are NON refundable.
Complimentary touch-up policy: a service provide and included in your paid initial session
When a “complimentary touch up” booking is cancelled prior to 24 hours of service or client does not show up. They will be charged the full touch up rate. See rates for more details.
Please provide proof of medical emergency in order to re-book.
Without Providing proof of medical emergency our system will not re-book said client.

Prices do not include gratuity, its customary to leave between 15-20% from the service price, its not mandatory but it is appreciated & helps with better customer service and client satisfaction

Please notify us before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant.

We believe that a referral is the best compliment that you could give us. When any new client comes in for a first appointment and say that you referred them, we will credit your next service with $10.
